Aerobic class that uses a step as you perform combinations to music.  Classes emphasize increasing your heart rate to burn calories.

Cardio Strength Training

This class is designed to provide cardio strength training with the use of exercise bands and a variety of cardio exercises.

Personal Training 

A Personal Trainer will provide individual instruction throughout your entire one hour workout session.  Our qualified trainers will evaluate your current fitness level and design a specific program for you based on your goals.  This program is ideal for all fitness levels.  For appointment scheduling, stop at the YMCA service desk.  Personal training packages are for members only.

 Please Note:  Packages are available on a per month basis only; hourly fees are shown only to illustrate cost breakdowns for each package.  Session cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead will be credited.

Yoga 

This class will cover a variety of postures and some sequences.  Some classes may have a specific focus such as back or forward bends, while others may work with poses for every part of your body.  Participants will learn the skills of alignment and relaxation.  Class size will be between 8 and 12 participants.  Our instructor will be John Mizick.
